Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and any future updates posted by the operators of the Service.

Description of Service

The Service is an anonymous, decentralized messaging client.

Account creation relies on a locally generated cryptographic seed phrase and a user-selected nickname. We do not require, collect, or store personal identifiers such as email addresses or phone numbers.

Account Security and Seed Phrase

You are solely responsible for securely storing your seed phrase.

Because the Service operates anonymously and without central identity verification, we cannot recover, reset, or access your seed phrase. Losing the seed phrase results in permanent loss of access to your account and cryptographic keys.

User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to do any of the following:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another person privacy.
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in automated network abuse.

User-Generated Content Policy

To comply with app store safety guidelines, the Service maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users.

• Blocking: users can block communication from any other user inside the application.
• Reporting: users can report abusive entities or objectionable content through the in-app reporting mechanism.
• Enforcement: we reserve the right to restrict or remove access to the Service for users who violate these terms, to the extent technically feasible within the network architecture.

Privacy and Data Collection

The Service is designed for anonymity and uses end-to-end encryption.

We do not collect, monetize, or share personally identifiable information. Communication data is handled by the decentralized servers you connect to, and we do not maintain a central server storing user data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the network.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and maintainers of the Service are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data or compromise of your seed phrase.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
